Some people love math - some people don't. Some people think that they will never use math when they are done school, but math is very important for helping you understand things we come across in every day life.

Math can help you when your cooking, when you're at the store, when you're at work, when you're saving money for a new car, when you want to paint a room in your house, and in many, many other ways! You may not want to become a rocket scientist - but knowing and understanding basic number and math concepts is a really valuable in day to day life.

For K-6: http://vlc.ucdsb.ca/k-6zone (search in the Math drop-down menu for your grade)

There you will find lots of sites and activities that could help you under stand what you're struggling to understand.

You can always go back a grade or two to review concepts that might help you understand what you're learning now.

Khan Academy is a great website for you to go to and get videos that describe concepts from 1+1 all they way up to University Math : http://www.khanacademy.org/#arithmetic
