Most Canadians eat a 'Western' diet - meat, potatoes, vegetables, bread, milk etc. Chicken is very popular, and so is beef. But, every household is different, and most grocery stores will have at least some of the foods that you are familiar with. In larger cities, there are also specialty food stores where you can probably find some treats to remind you of home!
