There are 2 options when a student is unable to login to email from home:
- If the student hasn’t used their email before, they can login to http://my.ucdsb.ca using their school email address and their default password which is the first 3 letters of their birth month and the digits from their birth date. Eg. jan23
- If this doesn’t work, go to http://myfamilyroom.ca click on the Help link at the bottom of the page and click on the Contact us link at the bottom of that page. You will be asked to submit a form to AskUC and our IT HelpDesk will follow up and reset the student’s password.
