There are 2 options when a student is unable to login to email from home: 

  1. If the student hasn’t used their email before, they can login to using their school email address and their default password which is the first 3 letters of their birth month and the digits from their birth date.  Eg. jan23
  2. If this doesn’t work, go to  click on the Help link at the bottom of the page and click on the Contact us link at the bottom of that page.  You will be asked to submit a form to AskUC and our IT HelpDesk will follow up and reset the student’s password.
