I cannot give you a definite answer to your question regarding the divorce of Mr and Mrs Claus or Mrs. Claus' maiden name, but I did come across this article from the McFarling Law Group with respect to their divorce agreement (see the attached link). In this document, it states that Mrs. Claus' maiden name was Margaret (Mary) Christmas.
